Pinnacle Conference Room
Planning a meeting or conference with Pinnacle Conferences is easy whether you are planning for just a few delegates or many more. Here at The Preston Park Hotel we have 3 well-equipped conference rooms, which can host up to 70 delegates.
Your Personal Contact
We endeavor to make the organization of your meeting as easy as possible. From your initial enquiry, booking accommodation, through to the time of your meeting you will deal with your own Pinnacle Sales Executive who will get to know you and your requirements. They will log the details of your event and any subsequent alterations to your arrangements and ensure that everything is exactly as you wanted. All your arrangements will be confirmed in writing immediately after you have made them.
Your Pinnacle Ambassador
Initially you will be met by a Pinnacle Ambassador, at a prominently marked desk in reception, who will show you the location of the room(s) and introduce you to your host who is then your contact for the day. They will ensure everything, coffee, tea and meals are served at the times you have specified and will be on hand for anything else you need.
Pinnacle Food Choice
We can tailor your food to suit the style of the conference you wish to hold. You may like your delegates to be served with breakfast baguettes as they arrive. Then for lunch perhaps a buffet served in the conference rooms or take time out for lunch in the restaurant. Product launches or mini exhibitions may require totally different treatment. Whatever you need we'll deliver it. Anything you require - drinks, snacks and meals can be arranged through your Pinnacle Sales Executive in advance and additional snacks and drinks are always available on the day.
The communications facilities of the hotel are available for Internet hookup, e-mails, faxes etc. and we can receive on your behalf on email@example.com and we will also take messages for you to deal with at a time you choose.
The Pinnacle Log Book System
We will log and itemize any extras on the day in your Pinnacle Log Book, ensuring there won't be any unaccounted for additions to your bill. Once your conference is over your invoice will be sent to you directly as previously agreed.
We will not display details of your meeting anywhere in the hotel unless instructed to and any material accidentally left behind, meeting notes, flip charts etc. will be securely disposed of.
Parking- Meet & Greet
We have extensive parking at the hotel, with 24 hour CCTV surveillance. Excellent road and rail links from most places within the UK help make the hotel an excellent venue. We also can provide a 'Meet & Greet' service collecting and returning delegates from Gatwick airport or Brighton station. We have the advantage of providing an International venue, outside of London at attractive rates.
Not Attending Yourself?
If you are not planning to attend you can rest assured we'll see that things run according to plan and we will ensure a copy of the arrangements will be handed to the person running the show on the day.
