It is within walking distance of Brighton’s largest green space, Preston Park, Preston Park Train Station, and just ten minutes from Brighton seafront and city centre shopping areas. Public transport operates 24 hours a day directly outside the hotel, ensuring easy access across the city.

For guests travelling by car, the hotel is conveniently accessible from the A23, linking London to Brighton, and the A27 towards Lewes. Gatwick Airport is approximately 25 minutes away by car, while popular historic attractions such as Lewes Castle, Anne of Cleves House, and Firle Place can be reached within 20 minutes.
